Your safety is our top priority, and after recently receiving feedback on a limited number of products, we discovered a potential safety concern related to the above-mentioned products sold April 10, 2023, namely that there is a risk that the shell can blow up in the tube during firing, posing impact and burn hazards to both the user and bystanders. As a result, we are initiating a voluntary product recall to ensure the safety of our customers. We strongly urge you to stop using the recalled product immediately and take the following steps:
1. Obtain a Full Refund. To request a full refund, please fill out the form below. Our team will process your refund promptly.
2. Product Disposal or Return. You may dispose of the recalled product directly by following your local waste disposal guidelines. Alternatively, you have the option to return the product to one of our retail stores for proper disposal and our store staff will assist you.
